1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your region).
• To access certain features you may need to create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to:

• Use TripSpire only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or disrupt the Services
• Not misuse the Services, including automated scraping, exploiting, or abusing the import features
• Not upload or import harmful, illegal, or infringing content

TripSpire may suspend or terminate access if you violate these obligations.

3. Media Imports, Processing & User Content

• TripSpire allows you to import links, upload media, or save content from external platforms.
• When you import or provide content, TripSpire processes it solely to identify travel-related information and create structured data that is stored in your account.
• We do not permanently store full media files. Any temporary copies created during processing are deleted shortly after use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You retain responsibility for any third-party content you import. TripSpire does not claim ownership of imported content.
• By importing content, you confirm that:

• you have the necessary rights or permission to use the content
• your import does not violate platform policies or third-party rights

TripSpire does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of imported content. If the original platform removes or restricts access, related content inside TripSpire may be affected.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

• TripSpire may offer subscription plans that unlock premium features or credits.
• Subscription payments are handled directly through Apple or Google, depending on your device.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You must cancel through the App Store or Google Play.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

• Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google, not TripSpire.
• We may adjust pricing or features, but changes do not affect your current billing period unless required by law.

5. Third-Party Platforms & External Services

• TripSpire may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., social media, video hosting services).
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these external platforms.
• Your use of third-party content remains subject to their own terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TripSpire is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of extracted travel information.
• Features may rely on automated or algorithmic processes that may not always produce perfect results.

You use the Services at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TripSpire and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
• TripSpire is not responsible for loss of data, reliance on extracted recommendations, or issues arising from unavailable or removed third-party content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services:

• If you violate these Terms
• If required for security reasons
• If required by law

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your access ends and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Jamaica unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app, email, or our website.

Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
